We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that tariffs and duties cannot be refunded.

Exceptions: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Warranty

In addition to any manufacturer warranties, Ape Equipment Gear provides a 30-day store-level warranty against manufacturing defects
To initiate a warranty claim, email alec@apeequipmentgear.com with your order number, photos, and details of the defect.
