Thank you for shopping with APE Equipment Gear. Please review our shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

International Shipping (United States)

Standard International: 4–8 business days

Express International: 2–3 business days
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, delays may occur; we will notify you by email if this happens.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Delivery Issues

While we are not liable for carrier errors, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction and will act as your advocate to help resolve any shipping issues with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Save all packaging and items.
  • File a claim with the carrier.
  • Contact us so we can assist if needed.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery

Customers must provide a valid and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Orders refused at delivery may be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact us immediately.

We will file a claim with the carrier.

Replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete (up to 21 business days).

Cancelled & Out-of-Stock Orders

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours and not charged for unavailable items.

If part of your order ships, you will only be charged for shipped items.
